Allgaeir Werke GmbH Holding includes Mogensen GmbH & Co.KG, Fredrik Mogensen AB, Allgaier Process Technology GmbH and  GOSAG SA  companies included in this Group.

KOAŞ, one of the group companies that has many references in industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, food, mineral, mining, construction materials,  environmental technology, metallurgy, is proud to represent* Mogensen GmbH. ( *except sieves )

Mogensen GmbH & Co. KG has been developing and marketing optical-electronic separation systems since 1996. Mogensen MikroSort® sorts bulk materials according to their colour, shape or size. Thanks to the MikroSort® system, real color detection, which is a completely new application area, is performed. MikroSort®  can separate plastic, waste glass, stone, rock, sea salt, minerals and mixed materials of different compositions according to gloss criteria, color characteristics or material size. A high level of purity is achieved with these systems. More than 300 machines are currently in use worldwide.

Mogensen MikroSort® optical-electronic separation system  co-developed with “Commodas”. Mogensen MikroSort®  pioneered the opening of new markets by separating previously non-separable materials with high degrees of purity.

More economical use of raw materials not only provides economic benefits, but also protects ecological balances.

Applications  :
Different materials and particle sizes can be separated with Mogensen MikroSort® separation systems. Different machine types have been designed for different application areas.

Structure and Working Principles of Mogensen MikroSort® Separator
The MikroSort® System, developed by Mogensen, has an important function in product purification by separating the particles according to their colors in different sectors.
The material is inspected on a vibrating conveyor belt or table and conveyed to a slide chute. Above this, it is accelerated and “scanned” over the total working width by one or two free-standing image scanning cameras at the lower edge of the scroll groove. These scan images are evaluated by a parallel processor and the compressed air valves are actuated on time. These, in turn, separate the unwanted parts in the material flow by throwing them forward.

  3. Distribution and dispatch

  4. It is accelerated and flows down in a single layer.

  5. As the material falls as a curtain  it is scanned by different optical systems.

  6. Evaluation is made thanks to fast parallel processor technology. With the maximum accuracy  by blowing compressed air from the valves, the desired and

  7. unwanted particles are separated.

  8. The separated particles leave the system in different directions.

  9. It is transferred to suitable places in the enterprise with carriers.

Some  conditions for an effective allocation;
The separation principle of  grain sizes between 3 and 250 mm can be realized more efficiently when the following conditions are met.

  1. Materials to be separated, color and tonal changes must be noticeable  . Even a slight color difference would be sufficient for this.   (eg particle distribution, washing, aeration, drainage and drying).

  2. The particles that make up the material  must be separated one by one.

  3. The material should enter the separation process by feeding in as narrow granular intervals as possible.  Thus, the separation parameters, compressed air and separation area are optimized for the product.
