CARG-O-MAT | Moving floor conveyor

The CARG-O-MAT Moving Floor Conveyor can be used for the most different materials and applications.

 The individual design enables an easy retrofitting into existing material bunkers.

Executed as "heavy duty" design, CARG-O-MAT Moving Floor Conveyors can be driven on by trucks for direct discharge.

 Thanks to the module design, any length and width can be realised. There are almost no limits to the moved masses.

 A wide variety of materials from featherweight to ton load can be stored temporarily and be discharged continuously with high capacity.

According to the customer’s requirements, the models are equipped with hopper walls,

hydraulically moved doors and individually designed dosing and discharge systems.

Different designs – also for material with a large share of fines- are available.

 PERF-O-MAT | PET Perforators

Perforating of PET bottles and other receptacles makes storing and processing of plastic containers much easier.

 Even large volume or filled bottles or cans are perforated by almost 100%. During perforation, the plastic containers are additionally flattened. A flat bottle can not roll and is much better to handle.

The perforation process doubles the material density. The bale stability is markedly improved and the stacking capacity considerably increased.

Bales stay compact and remain in place during storage, transport, or when temperatures change.

The costs for binding wire are considerably reduced. Cross bindings and plastic wrappings may be omitted.

Usually, the PERF-O-MAT is pre-connected to a bale press or trash press container. Perforator models of various sizes and capacities provide a variety of options to suit individual requirements.

 SEP-O-MAT | Rotor Screens

 Rotor screens provide a functioning and economic way to perfectly separate a wide range of materials. The screens feature an easy and quick change of the screening criteria according to varying operational requirements. In addition, BRT rotor screens are easy to clean, provide a long service life and last but not least, impress by their reasonable price.

SEP-O-MAT Fine Screen

The fine screen consists of separate identical screen decks in modular construction. Interfering and fine materials are removed from the mixed paper fraction. The valuable deinking fraction gained by this screening process is presented to subsequent sorting in a loose and even material stream. The throughput rate depends from the number of screen decks employed. For increasing the capacity, additional decks can be positioned as cascade in a row.

SEP-O-MAT Compact Unit

The economic solution for all waste paper sorting plants. This compact set of machines consists of a DOS-O-MAT Feed and Metering Hopper and a SEP-O-MAT Coarse screen. A SEP-O-MAT Fine screen for cleaning the mixed paper fraction from interefering materials can be added if necessary. The material is separated with a high throughput rate and sorting purity. For using the available space on site in an optimal way, the components can be arranged flexibly.

BAL-O-MAT | Bale Breaker

 

The BAL-O-MAT Bale Breaker serves for unraveling of press bales from PET-bottles, waste paper, residual waste and other materials. The loosened up material is presented in a metered condition to the subsequent processes. The material degree of dispersion can be adjusted for ensuring optimal processing conditions

In contrast to shredders and mills, the Bag Opener does not crush the material. It is merely prepared for most effective sorting. The material is being loosened up and dispersed. If necessary, an additional ripping device is available for opening tied up bundles and cartons.

The low purchase price and operating costs are further advantages of the BAL-O-MAT Bale Breaker.

BAL-O-MAT | Bale dewiring machine

BAL-O-MAT Bale dewiring machine automates the process of material feeding to sorting and recovery plants.

So far, only large companies have processed enough bales to make purchase of a sophisticated bale dewiring system economically favourable. All other bale processors have had no choice as to cut the bale strappings per hand. This automatic solution was designed with the objective to make this work step efficient and economic for all sizes of companies.

A front loader feeds the bales to the charging belt which transports the bales one after the other to the dewiring mechanism. The bale dewiring machine adapts itself flexibly to the bale dimensions. The wires are cut automatically and without risk of injury for the operating personnel.

After cutting, the wires are compacted automatically and dropped into a container under the machine. The compact wire bundles make possible to exploit the filling volume of the container. Worthless wire is turned into valuable scrap metal.

A further stride to improve material quality and rationalise operations is the combination of BAL-O-MAT Bale dewiring machine and BAL-O-MAT Bale Breaker. This complete automatic solution transforms press bales in a loose, even material stream for economic material processing.

SORT-O-MAT | Ballistic separator

  Separating of the most different material compositions in three material fractions. By throwing the material up and forward by a paddle, the SORT-O-MAT Ballistic Separator sorts the materials due to their ballistic properties. A 90% precise material separation into heavy, screen and light fraction is achieved. In addition, the material is cleaned from dirt and dust.

The possibility to adjust the separation parameters of the Ballistic Separator while the machine is working enables a fast and easy adaptation of the machine to changing input material compositions. For cleaning the paddle, a cleaning device is available as additional equipment.

Combined with a preceeding SCHLITZ-O-MAT Bag Opener, the Ballistic Separation System achieves the most efficient and precise material separation. The Bag Opener opens the bags leaving their contents unharmed. So, the ballistic properties of each material remains intact for subsequent ballistic separating.

DOS-O-MAT | Feed and metering hopper

Feed and metering hoppers are designed to continuously and steadily feed various materials.

CRACK-O-MAT | Dismantler for electric appliances  

Used appliances like vacuum cleaners, coffee makers, toys; medical equipment; and electric or electronic tools have to be dismantled for separating the plastic housings from metal parts. The manual dismantling is time consuming and dangerous.

The CRACK-O-MAT executes these works safely and effectively. It breaks the plastic housings and crushes them roughly. Now, the contents is easily approachable and can be separated. Boards, motors, dust bags and filters remain largely intact.

The opened plastic housings are presented to manual sorting. The discharge quantities can be adjusted according to the operating demands.

The CRACK-O-MAT is robust with few servicing requirements. The machine needs only low driving power. IIt distinguishes itself by an extreme low noise level and low emission values. The low operating costs make the CRACK-O-MAT for Electric Applicances pay off very soon.
